Design your future with Canva
Join our mission to empower the world to design.
Our global community of users has already created over 40 billion designs in Canva, but we’re just getting started. We still have huge goals we want to achieve, so if you’re ready to help solve some of our most complex and exciting challenges, come and join us.
Our Two-Step Plan
Our Two-Step Plan means that at Canva, you have outsized impact.
As Canva grows, so does our ability to make a difference. More resources mean more opportunities to create positive change.
Every time someone new joins our team and ships a feature, or hits a goal, they’re contributing to both Step One (growing our company) and Step Two (using that growth for good). So when you join Canva, your impact goes further and means more.
There really is no better time to join Canva.
Leadership at Canva is about having the skills and confidence to lead teams through achieving huge goals. And most of our opportunities as leaders are about scaling the output of teams, delivering impact through ambiguity and helping teams to move from chaos to clarity. We’re looking for leaders who want to lead in service of their teams and the problems we’re trying to solve.
When someone asks what I enjoy the most about working in Engineering at Canva..
I always tell them it’s the breadth of challenges, scale, engineering talent, big goals and the constant drive to achieve them.
Our culture
It's hard to define what makes working here so special, but one thing's for sure, every person we hire contributes something unique to life at Canva.
Our human centric culture empowers our team to be themselves and Canvanauts truly value the sense of belonging this creates.
